Brief

One of the Raymond brands, ‘Raymond Premium Apparel’ inaugurated their new office in May 2012. Thinking Bug was proud to be involved in the office environment design project. The design solutions were supposed to ensure visitor engagement, employee motivation, competitive differentiation and linkage to the Raymond culture & heritage.

Solution

Our design solutions demonstrated a sense of individuality and freshness of approach whilst acknowledging the relationship with the parent organisation ‘Raymond’.

Through a programme of visual and qualitative research, Thinking Bug investigated the way employees are associating themselves with the brand. The insights generated helped us to develop a strategic and conceptual design scheme based on openness & transparency. The design solutions convey a theme of connectivity – bringing the end consumer closer to the organisation and design process. Dynamic graphics and prominent quotes are featured at key areas throughout the office.
