Brief

Neev, an infrastructure and real estate company approached Thinking Bug to define their brand positioning statement. The client asked us to examine their business values, vision and product offerings to arrive at the organisations' distinctive characteristics.

Solution

Our role was wide ranging, working with top management and also with middle - level managers to develop a clearly differentiated profile for the organisation. A variety of interactive and engaging workshops were facilitated by the Thinking Bug team on brand positioning to brainstorm and pin-point the target market, their needs, the proposition promised and a point of differentiation offered by Neev. This exercise helped our client to promote a sense of belonging, purpose and commitment internally and communicate consistently with key audiences – customers, employees, investors and key partners.
