Organisational Innovation

We foster innovation culture in organisations by using design thinking to accelerate the pace of innovation at project, process and strategic levels of the organisation.

The necessity of innovation is now universally accepted and every organisation wants to have a culture which makes innovation happen, but it is not so easy to create one. Organisations need to understand that the practice of innovation is not an event, but a repeating process of value creation and organisational adaptation. Our experience has shown that many companies are finding models and infrastructures that were successful in the past are now too rigid to cope up with the challenges posed by shifting consumer needs. The day-to-day demands of running a business makes it difficult for organisations to step back and look at other opportunities they could be taking advantage of.

Innovation ultimately depends on the knowledge, skills and creativity of people at work. We create a framework that encourages innovation from the bottoms up and work to shape them into viable business ideas.

We understand that consumer-based innovation is an excellent way to manage innovation. In order to satisfy consumer’s need an organisation must look externally and take “outside-in” approach to discover new and effective ways to compete. The insight gathered from consumers helps us to recognize the forces of change in a market/category and translate those into lucrative commercial opportunities.

In the process we conduct workshops which are industry specific, comprehensive innovation surgeries tailored to develop an understanding of the current business model and brainstorm strategies to get ahead of the curve by being better, faster and more efficient. We make an organisation an idea-driven firm with risk–taking approach and employees are encouraged to generate ideas, conduct experiments, see the results, share the acquired knowledge and find new mysteries to go into the innovation pipeline.
